and a new opportunity:  "MY FAVORITE URBAN SKETCH".  

This entry may be from any past Urban Sketcher outing.  The only requirement is that the image must fit inside the mat window sized either 4.5” x 6.5” or 7.5” x 9.5”.  If you prefer not to tear your sketch out of your sketchbook, high-quality laser-printed images in the correct sizes will be accepted. Join us for the third Saturday sketch outing to the beautiful Smale Riverfront Park in downtown Cincinnati!
Bring your sketchbook and some art supplies, sit anywhere and start sketching! You may want to bring a sketching stool or seat if you have fun.
Let's meet across the street from Moerlein Lager House, right near the entrance to the park.
Parking is available in nearby lots, garages or on street.
We'll do a sketch throw-down at 11:45, location TBD.

INFORMATION & APPLICATION 

FOR USkC-CAZA SIKES EXHIBITION

We are co-hosting an exhibit of Urban Sketchers Work with and at Caza Sikes Gallery on Madison Road in Oakley. Each

participant will have the opportunity to display 1 sketch from each of 3 or 4 different (recent) official Urban Sketcher, BoUrban Sketcher and UrBean Sketcher outings. The artists’ reception will take place at Caza Sikes Gallery on Friday April 19 at 5:00 pm.  

IT IS SO EASY TO PARTICIPATE:

• 

  Join up with your fellow Cincinnati Urban Sketchers at any of the events posted on Facebook during February and/or March, 2024 (also USkC instagram and Link to FB Group

• 

  Either use a separate piece of paper, be prepared to remove a page from your sketchbook, or make a good quality, high definition print from your sketchbook

• 

  Complete one artist application and pay a $5 fee per entry.  This fee goes towards matting your piece, artist reception, etc. Fill out application here

• 

  We will be using mats with the following window sizes.  Make sure your image will fit in either a 4.5” x 6.5” or 7.5” x 9.5” window. 

• 

  Artwork may be for sale or NFS, at the artist’s discretion
